Arneis Roero D.O.C.G. "Trevitis" 2025
Arneis Roero D.O.C.G. "Trevitis" 2025
Arneis is Piedmont's quiet rebel — a native white grape once grown beside the valley's prized Nebbiolo vines partly to distract the birds, which is how it earned the old nickname “Barolo Bianco.” Solo Cru's Roero D.O.C.G. “Trevitis” comes from hand-harvested, low-yield fruit grown in the Roero hills above the Tanaro river, and pours bone-dry with the mineral edge this chalky, sandy ground is known for. Serve it cold alongside seafood — the classic match for a white built on freshness rather than weight.

Production Notes
Production Notes
After hand-harvesting in September, grapes are softly pressed to separate the must. Fermentation with selected yeasts occurs at 17°C for 20 days. The wine is then cooled, mixed with lees, and decanted three times over a month. It is filtered, aged in steel for 8 months, and bottled for an additional 5 months.
