Nerello Mascalese Rose I.G.T. Sicilia 2023

Nerello Mascalese Rose I.G.T. Sicilia 2023

SicilyItaly

Nerello Mascalese's grapes are naturally thin-skinned and light on color, which makes them a natural choice for rosé: hand-harvested, kept to a low yield, and pressed gently enough to land pale rather than deep pink. Dry and light-bodied, with the mineral edge the grape is known for, it pairs naturally with octopus, sushi, or a simple pasta dressed in good olive oil — the fresh, coastal food of Sicily.
