1. Shipping Area

We currently ship wine products exclusively within the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Orders placed outside Ontario cannot be processed or fulfilled.

2. Legal Drinking Age

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 19 years of age, the legal drinking age in Ontario.

All deliveries require:

  • An adult aged 19 or older to be present at the time of delivery
  • A valid government-issued photo ID upon request

Orders cannot be left unattended at the door.

3. Shipping Times

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier availability
  • Holiday schedules

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Any applicable taxes are calculated separately in accordance with Ontario regulations.

5. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable provincial regulations, all wine sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refund requests for personal preference, taste, or ordering mistakes

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Damaged or Broken Bottles

Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases where bottles arrive damaged or broken during transit.

To report damaged products, customers must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of:
    • The damaged bottle(s)
    • The shipping box and packaging
    • The shipping label

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, subject to availability, or
  • A refund or store credit at our discretion

Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No person aged 19+ is available,
  • ID cannot be verified, or
  • Incorrect delivery information was provided,

the order may be returned or additional delivery charges may apply.
