Inzolia Terre Siciliane I.G.P. "Gaia" 2023

SicilyItaly

Inzolia is one of Sicily's oldest white grapes, historically poured into Marsala but increasingly bottled on its own as a crisp, dry white — exactly the turn this Gaia bottling takes. Hand-harvested from a low-yield, organic, sustainably farmed block, it carries the saline edge and gentle minerality the grape is known for, alongside its characteristic citrus and herb. Pour it as an aperitif or alongside starters, risotto, shellfish, or a simple vegetable plate — easy, coastal drinking.
