"Via dei Birrai" translates to "Rue des Brasseurs" in Brussels, symbolizing a journey and perpetual motion. The brewery is GMO-free, uses Belgian hops, and is free of heavy metals and dangerous pesticides. Powered entirely by renewable energy, it saves 135 KWh annually, reducing its carbon footprint by 43 tons.KWh of electricity, calculated in 43 Tons of carbonate per year.
