- Hand-harvested in mid-October, only the best grapes are selected for vinification.
- Fermentation lasts 15 days at 28°C in stainless steel tanks.
- Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally in 30hL Slavonian oak barrels, where the wine ages for 36 months.
- After bottling, it ages another 6 months and rests for at least five years in the cellar.
