Production Notes

  • Hand-harvested in mid-October, only the best grapes are selected for vinification.
  • Fermentation lasts 15 days at 28°C in stainless steel tanks.
  • Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally in 30hL Slavonian oak barrels, where the wine ages for 36 months.
  • After bottling, it ages another six months and rests for at least five years in the cellar.
