Tuscany
Travignoli
Travignoli, an ancient Italian winery, traces roots to Etruscan wine rituals in 500 BC, evident in an Etruscan stele depicting wine gatherings. By 1100 AD, its vineyards thrived, expanding to farms, mills, and cellars by 1607 AD. Count Clemente Busi's 1924 win at Rome's International Wine Exhibition and a 1960 modernization defined its journey. Today, led by Giovanni Busi, Travignoli proudly holds Italy's "Italia 550" award, a testament to its rich history and global prominence in high-quality wines.
