Production Notes
- Carefully selected pomace from local D.O.C.G. wine producers undergoes premium distillation in copper stills.
- The Grappa matures for one year in oak barriques before bottling.
Lorenzo Inga
For four generations, the Inga family has crafted premium spirits and liqueurs, dating back to 1832 when a Capuchin monk formulated an herbal elixir. Gaetano Inga founded the company, later moving it to Piedmont. Post-WWII, Elio Inga rejuvenated the brands and revolutionized grappa distillation in 1966, capturing delicate flavors and aromas.
