Production Notes
Production Notes
Hand-harvested between late August and early September, only the finest grapes are carefully selected for production. After a gentle, soft pressing to preserve purity and aroma, the must begins its sparkling fermentation, which lasts 60 days at a controlled low temperature to enhance freshness and delicate perlage. The wine is then bottled using an isobaric technique, ensuring the natural effervescence and quality remain perfectly intact. The result is a vibrant, elegant sparkling wine that reflects the care, precision, and passion poured into every step of its creation, from vineyard to bottle

Umbria
Lamborghini
Born from Ferruccio Lamborghini’s relentless passion for excellence, Lamborghini Wines embody the same bold spirit that revolutionized the world of supercars. After transforming performance on the road, Ferruccio turned his visionary drive toward the rolling hills of Umbria, founding the La Fiorita estate in 1968. There, he crafted “Sangue di Miura”, the “Blood of the Bull”, a wine as powerful and elegant as the cars bearing his name. Today, Lamborghini Wines celebrate his enduring legacy: the pursuit of perfection, innovation, and unmistakable Italian style: from racetrack to vineyard.
