Production Notes
The vineyards, partly dating back to the 1970s and mostly composed of newer plantings, produce a very limited yield, never exceeding 1 kg of grapes per vine. Maceration lasts eighteen days in contact with the skins, followed by full malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques. Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon age separately in barriques for six months before being blended and bottled. The result is an elegantly complex red wine with remarkable structure, balance, and longevity: a true expression of craftsmanship and the timeless character of great Umbrian reds

Umbria
Lamborghini
Born from Ferruccio Lamborghini’s relentless passion for excellence, Lamborghini Wines embody the same bold spirit that revolutionized the world of supercars. After transforming performance on the road, Ferruccio turned his visionary drive toward the rolling hills of Umbria, founding the La Fiorita estate in 1968. There, he crafted “Sangue di Miura”, the “Blood of the Bull”, a wine as powerful and elegant as the cars bearing his name. Today, Lamborghini Wines celebrate his enduring legacy: the pursuit of perfection, innovation, and unmistakable Italian style: from racetrack to vineyard.
