  • Alcoholic fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature for 20 days.
  • Once the alcoholic fermentaion process is over, the wine maturates in stainless steel tanks for eight months before bottling, where the Malvasia ages for an additional six months.

Grandfather Ferruccio, a miller at heart but a farmer by passion, bought a house and vineyard in Rocca Bernarda in 1957, devoted to crafting Friuli white wine. His son Arturo shared stories of their journey, moving from Vencò to Corno di Rosazzo. In the 1980s, Adriano, Arturo’s son, embraced the family legacy, introducing the peacock symbol on their first bottles. Today, Adriano, his wife Giuliana, and cousin Ariedo, a dedicated wine technician, continue Ferruccio's heartfelt vision.
