Production Notes
- The harvest takes place early in the day, with grapes meticulously inspected first in the vineyard and then in the cellar.
- After destemming and pressing, the must undergoes a week-long maceration.
- Alcoholic fermentation is carefully controlled at 28°C, followed by natural malolactic fermentation.
- The wine ages for five months in stainless steel tanks and an additional three months in the cellar after bottling.
Fattoria Teatina
Since the early sixties, the De Lutiis family has produced high-quality wines in the sunny hills of Abruzzo. Fattoria Teatina’s vines, growing in clay-rich soil, yield excellent grapes high in freshness and tannins. Pierluigi learned the "tendone" system, ensuring perfect ripening. Handcrafted processes and organic practices preserve the vineyard's health, creating unique and aromatic wines.
