Production Notes
Grapes are hand-harvested during cooler hours, selected in the vineyard and cellar. After destemming and soft pressing, Pinot Nero and Glera grapes ferment separately. The winemaker then blends them for a second fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks for at least 60 days. The sparkling wine is filtered and bottled using the isobaric technique to preserve flavor and effervescence.
Azienda Agricola Dissegna
Lison-Pramaggiore, nestled in Eastern Veneto near the Adriatic and Venice, has enchanted since Roman times with its high-quality red wines crafted by Benedictine monks. The unique blend of calcium and clay soil bestows structure and freshness. During the Venetian Republic, these wines graced tables across Europe. Founded in 1925, Dissegna's organic vineyard, now tended by Antonio’s grandson Francesco, upholds millennial traditions with poetic dedication.
