Intense and complex, with hints of ripe cherries and dried plums. After a few minutes in the glass it reveals notes of spices and vanilla .
Flavor
Velvety on the palate with smooth fine tannins, well structured and bodied. Its freshness and

a long finish.

                    Production Notes
- Grapes are hand harvested in the end of September, selecting the best bunches.
- The 30% of the grapes are collected in small 3Kg crates and dried (appassimento) for 20 days in the “fruttaio”
- The alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks for four
weeks. The following February the wine ferments in oak barrels, adding
the pressed dried skins from the Amarone wine.
- The obtained wine ages into 25HL old oak barrels for two years
- After bottling, the wine ages six additional months in the cellar
