Veneto
Fasol Menin
In 1812, the Fasol family established their village, preserving its rural heritage as a living museum of traditional civilization. The self-sufficient estate thrived, with each family member contributing to various activities, including winemaking, grappa production, and cultivating white and red grapes. They also raised livestock, bred silkworms, and operated a micro dairy producing cheese and ricotta, alongside a carpentry workshop crafting barrels, wagons, and tools. Over generations, their knowledge and passion endured. Today, the Valdobbiadene Tramet family proudly continues this legacy, producing Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG with ethical care.
