Production Notes
Production Notes
Grapes are carefully selected twice: first in the vineyards and then in the cellar.
After destemming and gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature- and pressure-controlled stainless steel tanks over 20 days.
The sparkling fermentation continues for two months in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
The wine is bottled using an isobaric technique, ensuring no contact with the external environment.
The labels are designed by the international renowned artist Gianni Piva.
Fasol Menin
In 1812, the Fasol family established their village, preserving its rural heritage as a living museum of traditional civilization. The self-sufficient estate thrived, with each family member contributing to various activities, including winemaking, grappa production, and cultivating white and red grapes. They also raised livestock, bred silkworms, and operated a micro dairy producing cheese and ricotta, alongside a carpentry workshop crafting barrels, wagons, and tools. Over generations, their knowledge and passion endured. Today, the Valdobbiadene Tramet family proudly continues this legacy, producing Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG with ethical care.
