Since 2018, Giordano Emendatori has led its development, focusing on native Gallura grapes like Vermentino and Cannonau. Surrounded by nature, the estate uses biodynamic practices to grow healthy, pesticide-free grapes. Each plant is individually tended, and grapes are hand-picked with strict criteria.
