Roberto Marotta, Michelin-recognized chef and owner of Bar Ardo, is cooking five courses built around five bottles you cannot find anywhere else in Ontario. Solo Cru is the exclusive importer of the Lamborghini wine collection, and this dinner is the only place in the province you can taste all of them in one sitting.
The lineup:
- Lamborghini Brut "Gold" — the opener.
- Lamborghini Extra Dry "Platinum" — drier, crisper, holds its own.
- Ottagonale Extra Brut Prosecco D.O.C.G. — certified D.O.C.G., the kind that changes what you think Prosecco can be.
- Taurus Umbria Rosso I.G.T. 2020 — Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. This one lingers.
- Lamborghini Handcraft Brandy — the close. Slow and earned.
